Delivery

Everything is hand-poured to order in our Cotswolds studio.

How long it takes

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. An order placed on a Friday afternoon or at the weekend begins on the following Monday.

These are the times we work to and beat in most cases. They are estimates, not guarantees. During very hot weather our wax takes longer to set, and during busy periods such as wedding season and Christmas we may need a little longer. If your order will take longer than expected we will contact you.

Ordering for a wedding or a set date

If you need your order for a particular day, please tell us before you order — email info@thepurehaven.co.uk. We will confirm whether we can meet it, and we always recommend ordering well ahead for weddings.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on the service chosen at checkout. Postage is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

International

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us and we will see what we can arrange. Any customs duties or import taxes would be your responsibility.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, you will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Delays outside our control

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by courier problems, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always help you chase a delayed parcel, but we cannot accept liability for courier delays once an order has left us.

Wrong addresses

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we will help you trace it wherever possible.
